(c) who make use of the services, features and functions of the Platform (hereinafter the "Service", the "Services") by selecting the subscription package you wish and paying the corresponding subscription fee either as a Business or as an individual - owner of a car, three-wheeled vehicle, motorcycle or motorbike (hereinafter "Subscribed User")
(Hereinafter jointly referred to as "Member", "you", "your"), about the purposes for which we collect and process your personal data and the way in which we process it, about the recipients of your data, about your rights and options regarding your personal data and how you can contact us for any issue you may have in relation to your personal data.

This Policy was last updated on 04/2023. You can contact us for any older versions. This Policy replaces any previous notices we may have provided in the past about our privacy practices. This Policy is governed by the relevant provisions of both Greek and European law on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data. - Account Data: username and password when you open an Account as a Registered or Subscribed User or as a Business.
- Business Profile Data: (Business name, pseudonym, Business type, year of establishment, number of employees, hourly rate, slogan, description, logo.
- Vehicle data (manufacturer, model, specifications, vehicle identification number, plate number, kilometres)
- Rating Data: (data from the submission of evaluation/rating/criticism of the Businesses on the quality of the services they provide) by Registered or Subscribed Users that may include personal data
- Payment Data: value of the subscription package you have chosen, invoicing data, other data if required in the context of electronic payment such as banking institution, card details). The entry of personal data for electronic payment is done in a secured environment (SSL)).
- Data from the usage of Service: (frequency and quantity of searches per specialty category, search area, cost of service, purpose of contact/appointment with the Business, location, Rating Data, comments when requesting an appointment, etc.) which are derived from the use both by Registered or Subscribed Users and by the Businesses.
- Statistical Data: which our Company collects as aggregated data only, taking all the necessary guarantees that do not allow your identification.
- Technical Data: such as for example the internet protocol (IP) address, login details, browser type and version, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access the Platform, etc.
- Demographic Data: gender, place of residence, age, professional profile data, etc.), collected directly from the subject on a case-by-case basis or inferred from the subjects' transactions on the Platform.
- Cookies Data: browser, IP address, browsing and preference data, your origin from other websites, your visit to other websites after browsing the Platform, the newsletters you open, the frequency of reading our newsletters, etc.
We do not knowingly collect any information from any person under the age of 18. Our services are addressed exclusively to persons who are at least 18 years of age or older. We collect the following personal data directly from you:

- When you subscribe to the Company's newsletter mailing list, you provide us with your email address.
- When you subscribe to any promotional activities that the Company conducts from time to time, you provide us with your personal data specified on a case-by-case basis.
- When you communicate with us, we collect your personal data that you provide us with, on a case-by-case basis.
We collect the following data and information about you by automated means.
- Data about the devices through which you visit the Platform, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, login details, browser type and version, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices used to access our Platform, etc.

- For sending you communications either with Company’s news or updates/notifications etc regarding your vehicle if you are a Subscribed User, through newsletters or other multimedia regarding Company news, services, etc.
- For processing of your requests and exercise of your rights.
- For the security of transactions.
- For business analysis and improvements, to optimize your experience and your service and customize your experience on the Platform.
- For market research, statistical analysis, to develop marketing strategies and manage marketing campaigns and to inform you about potential opportunities by us or our partners to participate in marketing initiatives.
- For other purposes for which we will notify you, or that will be identified on a case-by-case basis, at the point where personal data is originally collected.

2. With whom we SHARE your personal data and WHY
For the operation of the Platform and the provision of the Services to the Members, our Company cooperates with third companies that have access only to personal data that is absolutely necessary for your registration on the Platform, management of your Account, provision of the Services to you, the operational and computerized organization of our Platform and the optimization of the Services.
When transmitting your personal data in accordance with the above, we continuously ensure the highest level of security. Therefore, your data will only be transmitted to those service providers and partner companies, which have been carefully selected and bound by a contract in advance. Indicatively, such partner companies are the company that technically supports and technically hosts the Platform, data center providers, third-party video uploading platform providers, payment service providers (e.g. banks, payment agencies, PayPal), email marketing and advertising companies, etc. data research and analysis companies.
We clarify that during the payment process, we do not record or keep payment data during this transaction, e.g. credit card numbers etc. You provide this information directly to the respective payment service provider exclusively. Also, in the event that you are directed through our Platform to third party websites, whether or not affiliated with our Company, our Company has no involvement in any collection and processing of your data carried out by the administrators of third-party websites that you enter. Our Company will generally keep your personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). In the event that personal data is to be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area for which there is no adequacy decision of the European Commission or to International Organisations, all appropriate safeguards provided for in the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data regarding transfers to third countries will be taken and relevant information will be posted on the Company's website.
IV. PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
1. SECURITY of your personal data
Our Company undertakes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data we keep so that they are not exposed to incidents of unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification or destruction. At the same time, we keep your personal data for legitimate interest purposes related to our legal protection in the event of a dispute regarding our contract, the maintenance of your Account, our business policy or any other transaction between us, for the period of time during which liability could arise from the processing, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Our Company may also hold financial data about you as part of our legal obligation to comply with our tax obligations. When we process data on our own initiative on the basis of our legitimate interest, we may retain such data until you ask us to delete it, until you withdraw your consent or object to its processing.
To determine the period of retention of your personal data, we take into account the nature of your data, its quantity, the purpose of its processing, its security, etc. You have the right to ask us to delete your data. To exercise your right please visit the relevant Section in this Policy.
We reserve the right in certain cases to anonymise your data for research or statistical purposes, in which case personal data is no longer linked to an identifiable person, so we reserve the right to use this information for an indefinite period of time.
